The specialist explains that the trends that indicate the rhythm that the body follows are two:

Daytime: from six in the morning to six in the afternoon.

Night: from six in the afternoon to six in the morning.

Taking the necessary nutrients in the activation or daytime phase is essential. The best way to do this is through a complete breakfast that combines all the macro nutrients and micro nutrients necessary to keep up with the rhythm of nutrition to the demands of each moment of the day.

What does not have breakfast mean?

"When our body begins to move and think after about 12 or 15 hours without eating anything, it will begin to demand a series of nutrients that it will not have, so we will notice tiredness, physical and brain fatigue and we will not have the same mental agility", says the IMEO spokesperson.

In short, Bravo explains that eating too little during the day promotes that in the afternoon and at night we have more anxiety, which would be a bad decision to lose weight, since binge eating can occur. "If you want to lose weight, the minimum you have to do is three meals and the recommended five," says the expert.
